At Bohomoon, we want you to love your new fashion pieces, but we understand if things don't always work out. You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original jewelry boxes or clothing bags to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
